For the CNAJMJ, we were commissioned to design and develop the institutional site of the Conseil National des Administrateurs Judiciaires et des Mandataires Judiciaires. The AJMJ deal with corporate insolvencies in compliance with the applicable law, with the aim of safeguard business and employment. The challenge? To design a website that accurately and intelligently evokes all the components of the CNAJMJ, from the teams, to the spectrum of missions, to the governance bodies, while reconciling a practical aspect by proposing guides and listing the various rights and obligations depending on the situation.
AJMJ directory
- The AJMJ directory lists all the members of the CNAJMJ, including the full name and picture of each member, the law firm which they are affiliated, and the position they hold.
- To ensure that the user finds the right contact or the information they need as quickly as possible, the directory is structured using a system of filters. AJMJs can be separated from studies and vice versa. The search bar enables in-depth prospecting.
- The filter is complemented by an advanced search function that uses four criteria: study, profession (for the AJMJ section), city or region.
Training Center
- At the top of this section is a slider highlighting 3 training courses. Selecting one of these 3 courses automatically redirects the user to the page dedicated to the explanation of the selected course.
- The slider is accompanied by a filter section. The search bar, useful for users who already have a specific idea in mind, is also included. In addition, there are radio buttons to distinguish between face-to-face and distance learning courses, and a drop-down list presenting the different themes covered by the various courses. The user is thus invited to make a choice with a clear mind.
- The courses are displayed below the filter system. Users can choose between two display modes: in list format or in calendar format, in which each training course appears on the scheduled date. A distinctive color code has been devised to differentiate between distance learning and face-to-face courses: the former in blue, the latter in red.
- A practical information section outlines the various means of access to training sites and key contacts. The Training Center team is also presented.
- Next, the expert trainers section is designed with an alphabetical filtering system from A to Z to easily find the expert you are looking for. A FAQ specifically dedicated to training is also available to users.
Become an AJMJ
- In this section, two tabs are available to the user, as two training courses are available. This gives a clear view of the two types of course that can be selected: the traditional or the A.L.E.D. master’s course, and allows the user to compare the procedures.
- Details of both courses are provided, together with details of upcoming exams, closing dates for applications and dates for written and oral tests. Users can download the decree.
- Additional links to external resources are proposed to enable the user to directly check the information required to complete a file. Similarly, users can download and complete the attestation sur l’honneur.
- It is also possible to consult previous exam results and annals directly on the interface.
- The section closes with a FAQ for each of the two career paths.
