The CNAJMJ is the exclusive representative of all court-appointed receivers and agents in France, defending the common interests of its members, their training and the practice of their profession in compliance with professional obligations and ethics.
Court-appointed administrators are heavily involved in assisting companies in distress, as well as safeguarding business and employment. They thus play a crucial role in the French economy and in strengthening businesses.
Challenge
Our challenge was to devise an effective branding strategy, in line with current marketing and communication standards, which would serve as a basis for the CNAJMJ to reinforce the commitment of its members, and reflect the image of a unifying, responsible brand with a strong positive impact.
Solution
Our strategic support enabled the CNAJMJ’s positioning to emerge: that of an organization working for a useful and responsible transformation of the profession, conducive to the French economy.
We also strengthened its image as an organization offering preventive solutions, with the ability to preempt problems faced by companies of all sizes, whatever their industry.
We also made sure to highlight the CNAJMJ’s contribution to the circular economy, through the creation of the Actify brand, an asset sales platform that brings together insolvency administrators and representatives and buyers of assets and businesses. Actify is an international, modern and dynamic name, that symbolizes the qualities of responsiveness and performance that are the characteristics of administrators and court-appointed agents.
