C\u2019est alors qu\u2019il est int\u00e9ressant d\u2019aller rechercher ailleurs des arguments qui peuvent faire pencher la balance&nbsp;: d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019enjeu de la relation client.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Que veut le client&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Plus de proximit\u00e9, de r\u00e9activit\u00e9, de suivi, de transparence sur les honoraires, de simplicit\u00e9 dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, des p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres d\u2019intervention diff\u00e9rents en fonction des sujets et des enjeux\u2026 La mobilit\u00e9, le travail en \u00e9quipe ou encore l\u2019automatisation des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e. Trop longtemps, les clients se sont dit qu\u2019ils devaient s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont travaillait tel ou tel avocat ou cabinet. Ce temps-l\u00e0 n\u2019est plus. C\u2019est au cabinet d\u2019\u00e9couter le client, d\u2019int\u00e9grer ses pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, les particularit\u00e9s de son organisation et d\u2019adapter le service du cabinet en fonction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un article publi\u00e9 cette semaine par le magazine D\u00e9cideurs, <strong>le cabinet SVZ (Sekri Valentin Zerrouk) explique la mani\u00e8re dont le cabinet a mis en place une plateforme collaborative et une offre de nouveaux services pour ses clients (1).<\/strong> L\u2019outil mis en place porte le nom de MySVZ. Selon Jean-Marie Valentin, \u00ab&nbsp;Les clients y composeront leur espace sur mesure o\u00f9, dossier par dossier, il pourront activer partout dans le monde les meilleurs sp\u00e9cialistes, travailler sur les m\u00eames documents, contr\u00f4ler l\u2019avanc\u00e9e des travaux, disposer d\u2019un classement de tous les fichiers avec des mises \u00e0 jour de ces documents types, consulter en temps r\u00e9el un aper\u00e7u de la consommation des heures factur\u00e9es, donner leur niveau de satisfaction, effectuer les signatures \u00e0 distance, tout cela depuis leur portable, tablette, ordinateur&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019exemple m\u00e9rite qu\u2019on s\u2019y arr\u00eate.<\/strong> En soi, le travail et les outils collaboratifs entre les cabinets d\u2019avocats et leurs clients ne sont pas nouveaux. En revanche, ce qu\u2019il l\u2019est, c\u2019est l\u2019utilisation de ces outils comme objet de communication du cabinet vis-\u00e0-vis du public et de clients potentiels. Peut-\u00eatre que les cabinets chez qui ces outils existaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 se demanderont pourquoi ils ne les ont pas davantage int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans leur strat\u00e9gie de communication. Ils auront raison de se poser la question et il n\u2019est sans doute pas trop tard pour r\u00e9agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sur le plan de la strat\u00e9gie de la communication,<\/strong> une approche centr\u00e9e sur le service plut\u00f4t que sur l\u2019expertise juridique (m\u00eame si l\u2019un n\u2019est pas exclusif de l\u2019autre) ouvre un oc\u00e9an de possibilit\u00e9s. En effet, la notion de service pr\u00e9sente des aspects quantifiables tels que l\u2019\u00e9conomie de temps, les gains de productivit\u00e9 que le client peut appr\u00e9cier de mani\u00e8re tangible. La communication porte en cons\u00e9quence une promesse moins abstraite. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la proposition du cabinet devient porteuse d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments concrets et plus seulement de d\u00e9clarations sur une valeur intellectuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il ne s\u2019agit pas de substituer l\u2019assistance technologique ou l\u2019\u00e9conomie de r\u00e9seaux \u00e0 la prestation juridique.
