You always need to be able to draw inspiration from good ideas and adapt them to your own context and capabilities.
The first source of inspiration is the immediate communication surrounding the creation of a cross-disciplinary offering. The great advantage of a cross-disciplinary offering in a law firm or consultancy is that it brings together the strengths and skills that the firm already has around a particular theme.
The second source of inspiration is ‘product logic’. It’s not just a matter of announcing that the firm is competent to answer this or that question.
The third source of inspiration is the “2.2.2. model”. Here too, we’re looking at the product. It’s not about the content but about the form of the advice given. At first sight, everyone tries to think about the immediate, the short, the medium and the long term. But here, it’s not the customer who has to sort things out, it’s the consultancy company that provides the kit: here’s what you’re going to do in the next two weeks, the next two months, the next two years. It’s simple… and very attractive.
