To achieve these objectives, we have put in place a strong three-speed launch strategy: local, regional and international. We have rolled out business development initiatives to expand and energise the network of specifiers, while articulating a clear value proposition and a differentiating offering.
To optimise our presence in the market, we have created visibility on social media by communicating regularly, and have also improved our visibility in international rankings.
One of the highlight was organizing an international event in francophone Africa.
The results were significant. We benefited from a strong digital visibility and progressed in international rankings and directories.
