Regimbeau is among the leading French Intellectual Property firms, with over 200 professionals, 7 offices in France and Europe, and nearly 90 years in business. Despite this leadership status, the brand and its materials, including the website, needed a graphic overhaul and a complete redesign to stay in line with the standards of its market.
Challenge
Beyond the visual identity uplift, the biggest challenge was the corporate website. Far from being just a showcase site, the new website had to serve as a manifesto for the brand, a way for its new service proposition, an interface for its professionals and offices and also as a media for its numerous technical and scientific publications.
Solution
Faced with such an important overhaul, the Strategy, Creative, Content, and Tech teams worked in complete synergy. The first step was to simultaneously carry out two essential overhauls for the project: the redesign of the logo and visual identity, and the overhaul of the marketing presentation of the service offer. For the latter, the goal was to retain all of Regimbeau’s extensive expertise, but to structure it in a new client-focused framework (Actors, Sectors, Assets, Challenges, Perspectives) instead of subject matter (Patent Vs. Brand).
Once these overhauls were finalized, work on the future site began starting with the definition of a complete site structure. The goal was to construct an architecture that linked wisely all the resources of the future site (expertise, professionals, offices, news, insights, training, careers, etc.), and defined typical navigation paths to avoid building a site that was too “deep.”
Starting with the site structure, Eliott & Markus studio began the web design, with a UI decisively geared toward corporate, akin to a Big Four, and a UX that allowed an efficient navigation from the Home page to the sought-after information. On the development side, the Tech team worked on building an ergonomic back office for the administrator, with a focus on maximum automation, so that any new resource published would automatically be reflected across all the relevant pages.
Result
The entire overhaul received a very warm reception from Regimbeau’s professionals and partners. The intense work of classification and navigation on the corporate site is now bearing fruit, with regular new publications and insights, correctly valued and accessible.
