Created in February 2022, Swift Litigation is a law firm dedicated to complex and serial litigation. With twenty years’ litigation experience in major French and Anglo-Saxon law firms, the team has a high level of legal expertise in disputes relating to all areas of banking and finance.
As a newcomer to the market, and aware of the need to differentiate itself from its competitors, the firm has been keen to boost its media coverage from the outset, with the aim of distinguishing itself through speaking opportunitues on topical issues with high added value.
Since the firm had just been set up with no pre-established reputation, our Influence team was faced with a challenge: position the firm as a preferred contact for the main generalist and specialist media on predefined legal issues.
Our Media Consultant was able to define a targeted press strategy for 4-6 months based on proactive monitoring and taking into account the type of clients we work with. This strategy was based on the positioning around two strategic subjects that were identified: the freezing of Russian assets in the context of the war in Ukraine / Greenwashing and climate litigation. Meetings with journalists were also organised.
This approach was supported by the work of the Digital team, who relayed the various interventions (media, conferences, webinars, etc.) on social media, helping to animate their community and maintain the interest of their customers and prospects.
This invaluable advice gave the young firm a considerable boost in visibility, thanks to high-quality media coverage in both general and sector-specific media (AFP, l’Opinion, France Inter, Le Figaro, JDD, AGEFI, etc.).
This boost has been reflected on social media, consolidating a continuous digital presence and significantly increasing the number of subscribers in just a few months. This approach has also opened the door to the acquisition of new clients for the firm!
